Use quadrilateral angle sums and properties, including algebraic angle expressions.

This FREE resource contains one complete A4 pupil worksheet with 21 questions and a matching answer page with workings, plus a product-family guide. Pupils solve the maths, match answers to letters in the code grid and decode the hidden words.

Difficulty: Level 5 of 10 within this range (1 is easiest; 10 is most demanding). These levels are a guide to relative challenge, not GCSE grades.

Three questions from this worksheet:
1. A parallelogram has an interior angle 80°. Find its opposite angle x.
2. A quadrilateral has interior angles x°, 5x°, 2x° and 120°. Find x.
3. A trapezium has an angle 160° on one leg. Find the angle x at the other end of that leg.

Use for focused practice, consolidation, homework or a lesson activity after teaching the method. Print the pupil page for learners and retain the answer page for checking. Follow the rounding and unit instructions on the sheet.

This resource belongs to a completed 100-topic Maths Codebreakers range. Halloween codebreaker resources are also available. A mixed-topic revision codebreaker range is coming soon. These other ranges are separate resources and are not included in this download.
