Beyond Printables sells digital downloadable products. Because digital products are supplied electronically and can be accessed immediately after purchase, they cannot normally be returned.

By purchasing a digital product and requesting immediate access to the download, you expressly consent to the digital content being supplied immediately and acknowledge that, where applicable by law, your right to cancel may be lost once supply begins.

If a file is defective, corrupted, incorrectly described, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us and we will provide a replacement, correction, or refund as appropriate.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
